A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading utilities company as Data Administrative Assistant to work in the office based in Sheffield, S4 7YP. This is a full-time temporary role for 3 months, working 40 hours per week, 8.00am-16.30pm. This role is paying £20,000 per annum. Start date as soon as possible!

Our client is looking for a Data Administrative Assistant to assist the other Administrators within the department to maintain company brand / expectations with regards to customer service and satisfaction. The role will involve collation and validation of asset data submitted via colleagues completing data capture activities and work completed via the Investment Planning Office or their Operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that accurate asset data capture is uploaded into core asset repositories in a timely manner.

You will be a well organised, motivated, resourceful individual with the ability to demonstrate that you are passionate about continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the team, maintaining and developing working relationships
Provide advice and support via different communication channels
Be inquisitive with an interest in developing existing skill set and learning new skills
Provide brilliant quality customer service to all internal and external stakeholders, actively demonstrating and promoting our clients values
Broad knowledge of Core Policies and Procedures, always ensuring efficiency and compliance to company policies demonstrating an inclusive work ethic
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence by adhering to agreed standard operating procedures and making suggestions for improvements
Work with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, complying with the implementation of process / procedure updates
Carry out any other duties appropriate in accordance with business needs.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders to achieve the performance and quality targets / expectations.
Identify and escalate any discrepancies to the Team Leader, the Asset Data Team and Operations, where appropriate.
Attend and constructively participate in regular Team Briefs as required. Where necessary attend internal / external training.
Support with team absence / annual leave.
Review and apply analysis of performance and quality MI systems feedback e.g. allocated reports, whereabouts, performance statistics.

Skills and Experience

Able to chase for missing information and resolution to queries with Operations / data capture colleagues.
Resolve any queries raised within the Asset Data Team.
Validate documents against as-laid / abandon / span sheet.
Create Resolve by Project / DR4, if required.
Check against designs / REP2 for stub lengths and undertake deferral process if required.
Submit session to Asset Data Team for Digitisation.
Other general admin tasks that are required in the Asset Data Capture Team.

Ability to use ESRI, SAP, DR23, DR4, the associated Local Work Procedures and its applications is desirable
