Sales Administrator - Supply Planner

My Client, a leading Retailer based in Bristol are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator/Supply Planner.

In order to be considered for the role you must have Intermediate level of Excel - vlook ups and pivot table knowledge is essential.

The role will involve -

Ensuring all new products are produced in time and to the specification
Monitoring and managing all new product activity ensuring deadlines are achieved
Working alongside different departments
Creating product line lists
Managing all shipping requirements
Organising POs
Ensuring pricing is correct
Generating reports such as shipment lists, delivery, order and cancellation lists
Ordering sample sets
Quality Control of bulk production
Sharing best practice with colleagues
Administration duties
Developing relationships with product suppliers
The ideal candidate will possess -

Intermediate level of Excel
High level of planning and processing skills
High level of attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience within Retail and Path Planning would be preferable
