We have a great opportunity for a Facilities Administrator Officer to work for our client.
You will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support within the Facilities Department, providing provide full secretarial and clerical support. You will be required to work effectively as an individual and as part of a team.
Main duties:
Be the first point of contact for all incoming queries.
Process incoming confidential and routine mail and distribute accordingly. Using initiative, discretion and service knowledge to action as necessary
Processing staff pay
Filing shifts and reviewing rotas
Processing orders and requisitions, ensuring correct delivery of goods and process accompanying paperwork
Process and file correspondence using both physical and electronic systemsEssential requirements:
RSA/NVQ 3 or equivalent demonstrable experience of administrative / office skills and knowledge
Ability and proven knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Teams
Excellent organisational skills to prioritise work, meet deadlines and work under pressure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Previous experience of working in a busy office environmentContract - Temporary
Duration - 2 - 3 months
Hours - Full time, Monday to Friday 8.00 am - 4.00 pm
Pay - £9.09 for the first 12 weeks £10.40 after 12 weeks.
