Job Details
Adecco are currently recruiting a Production Administrator for our client based on Wrexham industrial estate.
Reporting to the Production Office Manager, duties will include a variety of activities from placing orders, maintaining stock level, receiving deliveries via Goods In and maintaining various systems relating to factory administration.
This role would suit someone with extensive administration experience, Sage and Microsoft Access database knowledge would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
Salary - £21000
Hours - 8.00am - 5pm Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 4.15 pm Friday

Duties and Responsibilities
Place purchase orders with suppliers
Request quotes and lead times from suppliers
Receive deliveries at Goods-In, book in and process the delivery paperwork
Quality inspect all deliveries ensuring they meet specifications
Ensure goods are allocated to the correct department
Allocate factory consumables (gloves, masks etc) to factory workers
Raise work sheets
Maintaining Company calendar and personnel holiday bookings
Issue monthly Health & Safety Check sheets to area managers
Stock take preparation and inputting
Key Skills and Experience Required
Confident administration and IT skills
Experience of working in an office environment
A good level of skill in Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Positive attitude and comfortable dealing with suppliers
