Job Details
Pertemps are looking for an Administrator to join our client in Shawbury on a fixed term, 12 month basis. You will be required to provide support to both clients and customers to resolve queries that have been raised, in a quick but efficient manner.
Job Description
General administration as required by the managers and directors.
To handle queries raised by clients with professionalism and effectively, and recording all communications in line with procedures.
Reviewing customer care issues and contract document to advise whether the defects are covered by the guarantee, in a timely manner.
Organising quotes, booking in work and co-ordinating with clients as required.
Review of Site Management packs, updates where necessary in conjunction with the Quality Control Manager and ensuring latest revisions are issued to live sites.
Asset management of company owned small plant, tools and equipment.
Ideal Candidate
Experience in an administrative role
Experience in resolving client and customer complaints and queries
Excellent communication – both verbally and written
Able to work on own initiative
Organised with a keen eye for detail
Has own transport due to location
Hours Monday-Thursday: 8:30-17:00, Friday: 08:30-15:45
45-minute unpaid lunch break
£11.89 per hour
Temporary, fixed term contract. 12 months, maternity cover.
