Administrator – Bury St Edmunds - £21,500 per annum

Our client based in Bury St Edmunds is currently seeking an administrator to assist in their busy office based near the town centre. The role will involve providing support to the team with answering phone calls, inputting data, auditing documents, filling paperwork as well as managing the office supplies. Working hours for this role are Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00, however there will be some flexibility to change this to 08:00-16:00 once trained.

Daily Duties –

Answering telephone calls
Inputting data
Checking paperwork
Collating invoices
Auditing documents
Greeting guests
Managing the office room bookings
Key Skills and attributes

Excellent communication skills- face to face and via Telephone
Experience in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Administrative experience beneficial
Proficient in English grammar
