Adecco Manchester are privileged to be representing a global FMCG business to recruit for new members to join their newly established Service Coordination Team.

This is a diverse and exciting role for somebody who can work accurately and with excellent attention to detail in a fast paced environment. You will be problem solving and liaising with internal and external department to deliver the companies clients a best in class service.

The National Account support team provides day to day support to the team of National Account Managers and their customers. As a Service Co-ordinator you will help maximise the service offering to the companies clients. You will be working alongside a National Account Sector support team, with full focus on driving order fulfilment and establishing sustainable solutions at a product, unit and customer level in order to retain business, develop sales, and positively improve the end customer experience.

You will be an exceptional communicator and be able to engage with customers (internal and external) at all levels, establishing positive relationships in order to ensure optimum order fulfilment. You will have strong analytical skills, and have a great knowledge of the 'critical lines' within your sector, enabling you to have a good understanding of suitable alternatives relevant to the accounts you will be working with.

You will be actively involved in actioning feedback from replen / buying / supply chain and following through with operations and the sales teams, as well as assisting in the supply of data to relevant teams. You will know when to escalate where necessary, any issues that impact sales / service opportunities.

Experience in a fast moving, pressurised team environment is essential, together with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have good attention to details with proven problem-solving skills, along with the ability to prioritise effectively.

Experience of using Excel to an intermediate level is required.
