Company: Medium sized firm who are a specialist material into the construction, civil engineering & industrial engineering sectors
Role Overview
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for engaging with customers, dealing with various queries & orders, ensuring that the customer is dealt with in a professional manner whilst promoting a positive experience.
Our client is looking for a confident communicator who is able to work to quality-based targets within a fast-paced call-centre environment.
Responsibilities
Responding to enquiries
Answering the inbound telephone line for new & existing enquiries
Listen to the customer's needs to ensure a positive and unique solution to their queries
Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the services & products the company provides
Professional and positive approach to any client queries or requests
Ensure all administration is completed accurately
Build rapport with customers in a consultative manner
Ordering products from suppliers
Logging new orders on the system
Sending out sales quotations to customers
