Do you have experience working in an administrative role? Are you looking for an immediate start on a long term contract?
This role is working for a company who are specialists in the manufacture, sales and installation of a range of medical equipment. They sell to an international client base and are widely renowned in the industry for the quality of their products. Due to an increase in workload they are looking to add to their highly skilled team.
In this role you will be assisting the service department by keeping on top of communications, liaising with customers and suppliers as well as assisting with the orders of spares and consumables. You will be working as part of a team and this role will be working Monday to Friday office hours on a 12 month contract.
The Role:
Monitoring and communicating for the departments email and telephone
Dealing with customer and supplier queries for orders
Managing documents for the departmentThe Person
Previous experience working in an administrative role
Available for an immediate start on a 12 month contract
