Description

Recruitment Sourcer responsibilities:

Work with Recruiters to identify key priorities from the business
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for key parts of the business/key roles
Ensure talent pipelines meet diversity aspirations as a company
Ensure adverts (external job board/linkedin adverts/additional job boards) are strategically placed to ensure a constant flow of new talent to our pipeline
Build market maps of where the best talent lies both in terms of countries, and companies
Provide market intelligence to the EMEA recruitment team as well as the wider HR function
Help develop new initiatives to attract new candidates Profile

You will be passionate about Recruitment & Resourcing
You should have some experience in a recruitment role, whether it be at a Recruitment Agency, or working in an inhouse team - we are happy to train you up on our processes & systems
Experience of using Linkedin and some sort of applicant tracking system
Have a delivery focused mind set
Interested in diversity and how to improve it for corporates
Strong communication skills both verbal & writtenJob Offer
