MTU Job Description

Location: MTU's are deployed each day in and around London Borough's. You will be expected to travel to and from the deployments directly each day from home.
It is on a 4 day on and 4 day off rolling rota and it is 8 hours Minimum per shift. With at Home Reserve also receiving 8 hours pay, whilst you are on call.
Holiday pay is also accrued for hours worked, which is payable as Holiday.
Role Description:
Some of your responsibilities will be: · to enable the testing process to be seamless, ensuring that the individuals visiting the site have as pleasant experience as possible and their visit is managed in a professional way · participate in ensuring the site is ready for day · Ensuring operations are ready at the beginning of each day, ensuring that inventory is confirmed and supplies are in place, reporting any issues immediately · communicate with individuals attending site to be tested · ensure they understand the process and providing them with support and reassurance throughout the testing process, observing social distancing and site protocols at all times · liaise with site leadership team to ensure sufficient PPE and supplies are ordered · dispose of bio-hazard containers appropriately · undertake all mandatory training including personal hygiene ensuring personal hygiene is maintained to a high level · undertake training on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements and ensuring PPE is worn and changed in line with site protocols · be vigilant at all times when on site and highlight any concerns immediately to the site leadership team · act in accordance with all applicable laws and regulatory requirements, unless derogation has been explicitly given · perform all the following services in line with Good Industry Practice, unless specific service standards are prescribed · escalate immediately if it becomes apparent that the site is not or is likely to become non-compliant with any law relating to the environment and sustainability or health and safety and will take all reasonable steps to be coming compliant. This excludes regulations that have been explicitly referred to in derogation.
Requirements:
Must be able to travel to and from home to deployments. Happy to work at a Covid Testing Centre · good communicators & have excellent customer facing skills · experienced in working with members of the public · flexible and positive attitude · team player
