As Transport Administrator you will assist the Location Transport Manager with administrative tasks that will help maintain the efficient operation of the business. You will be well-organised, organised and highly computer literate with experience of working with excel spreadsheets up to intermediate level.
Conducting driver's Payroll and working alongside the Head Office accounts and payroll team.

Maintaining Stewardship and Tachograph Stewardship
SHEQ Responsibilities
Driver Medicals and Drug and Alcohol Tests and all other administrative tasks.Profile
Reporting to the Transport Manager, the successful Transport Administrator based in Hemel Hempstead will be well-organised, clerically sound and highly computer literate with experience of working with payroll systems.
Excellent organisational and administration skills.
IT skills, including Word and Excel.
Previous administrative experience required
Educated to GCSEs level or equivalent, including Maths and EnglishJob Offer
Package on offer:
£19,000 Basic + £3,000 London Allowance

Additional company benefitsMonday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30 with one hour unpaid lunch
