Job Details
Import/ Export Administrator - Beaumont Leys - £20 - £25k per annum
An exciting opportunity for a very well established company in Beaumont Leys for an efficient administrator with previous experience of Freight/ Import/ Export and Customs and Excise.
Hours of work - Monday to Friday - 8.30am to 5pm
Joining a small and busy team, the ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the team with accurate administration of :-
· Letters of Credit
· Customs Clearance and declarations
· Freight documentation
You will be familiar with "Incoterms", work well under pressure and able to react to the needs of the department.
Previous SAP experience would be beneficial although not essential.
The company offers a recently refurbished building with beautiful modern office space, top of the range kitchen facilities, air conditioning, landscaped grounds.
Regular BBQs occur for the staff to enjoy
23 days holiday + 10 Bank holidays (extra 2 )
Pension after 2 years service - employer contributes 10%
