Innovative, expanding and successful Experiential Marketing Agency based in London are looking to recruit a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join their team!
This role will involve supporting a busy Operations Team with day-to-day administrative support, working alongside a fun, fast-paced and creative team.
Immediate start!
Some of the duties included:
Booking tickets for travel, hotels etc
Processing expenses
Responding to calls and emails
Inputting details onto Paprika
Responsible for maintaining and ordering office supplies
Updating spreadsheets/invoicing
This is a great opportunity for an individual with some administrative experience to really kick-start their career.
About you:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Have previous office/admin based experience
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
