Job Details
We are recruiting for a University based in central London. The role is for a temporary CRM Enrolment Advisor to clear a backlog. They require an immediate start up to 30 November 2021.
The role is paying £14.31 per hour. You will be working on-site for 3 days per week minimum. You will need a working PC or laptop for any home-based work. These are full-time, 35 hours per week.

Fulfil daily, weekly and quarterly call KPI and application targets
Build and develop a constant pipeline of potential students
Provide very high-quality information on the portfolio of programmes, reflecting the personalised approach of Regent's.
Support movement through the sales pipeline taking the lead to application and alerting the relevant staff member for quick turnaround time. Manage the central admissions inbox to ensure student queries are responding to in a timely manner.
To support students with submitting their applications and ensure all the necessary information is collected at the point of application.
Develop an understanding of the admissions process to guide students through the end- to- end journey.
Complete any updates required within CRM to ensure leads are correctly recorded.
Promote the University experience and opportunities during any engagement with potential applicants to increase their levels of interest.
Build and maintain effective and productive working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties and support the University's values.
