We offer a fantastic training programme for all of our new starters, meaning you don't need experience to apply for this role. We can offer flexibility in our working week and shift patterns.
Full-time, permanent 37hr per week post.
Your working pattern will be varied over a seven-day rota, and would include alternate weekends and bank holidays.
It is prefereable that you hold a driving licence as the location is a little rural and we like to take the people we support out and about.
The role includes:
Helping individuals achieve independence and personal goals
Supporting and transporting individuals to integrate into their community
Develop individuals’ life skills, vocational, educational and creative skills
Help provide exercise, leisure and recreational opportunities
Transforming lives and achieving results for Autistic Adults
