Job Details

We are looking for an Accounts Office Manager to join our client based in Moulton Park, Northampton.

Duties to include:

Supporting the Sales/purchase Ledger, Credit control & HR departments

Shadowing and supporting the Finance Director with Supplier payments, Bank Reconciliation, Management Accounts, Tax Returns

Skills required:

AAT qualified or a recognised finance qualification

Must have current Sage 50 experience

Sage Payroll experience would be advantageous but not essential

Experience in the Construction Industry or CIS is advantageous but not essential

Be able to prioritise and organise your work to ensure that it is completed within the given time limit

Accurate, efficient and organised whilst under pressure.

Self-motivated and enthusiastic

Excellent numeracy skills & attention to detail

Conscientious and responsible

Good computer skills necessary as we work with different types of software
