Interaction Recruitment are proud to be working with one of Peterborough's most sought after employers in recruiting for Customer Service Advisor's for their premier Support Centre based in Peterborough on a full time, permanent basis. This role also offers the opportunity to work from home once fully trained 4 days out of 5 - training is usually 3 months.

The role is problem solving to ensure your client receives excellent customer resolution. You will be trained for taking inbound calls and will also have the opportunity to develop in other areas once fully up to speed in the role. 25% of this role will be administration based also
The role:
Meeting our clients standards, KPI's and service levels through answering inbound Customer Service calls
Carrying out Customer Resolution administration tasks
Engaging in daily teams chats with your peers in order to provide and receive support
Receiving ongoing coaching to enable you to meet and delight our customers
Working with Microsoft Office 365, CRM system and delivery systems.
The Person:
· Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing Customers with excellent service
· The ability to build good rapport with customers and demonstrate empathy with a confident telephone manner
· Self-motivation with a drive to find the right solutions for our customers
· Resilience and the ability to remain calm under pressure
· Confidence and experience using IT
· Strong attention to detail
· Professionalism and an ability to work independently as part of a team based structure
· Willingness to learn, grow and work within a changing environment
· Must be available to start on Monday 25th October
