Customer Service Coordinator

Temporary Customer Service Coordinator opportunity available to join a manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Scarborough. This is a long-term temporary role however could lead on to a permanent job for the right candidate.

If you have 1-2 years office-based experience or are a graduate seeking your first office-based role, we would like to hear from you.

Our client is keen to speak with self-starting graduates who are ready to take on responsibility, share their ideas and act on their own initiative. A great opportunity to travel the world to different sites and work with senior leaders from across the business.

Some of the Customer Service Coordinator responsibilities are:

Promptly responding to incoming customer service and customer care calls
Managing customer orders from receipt through to delivery
Ensuring adequate material and production capacity is available
Liaising with other departments to ensure customer requirements are achieved to timescales
Dealing with any difficulties encountered by the customerThe working hours will be Monday to Thursday 8:15am-4:40pm and Friday 8:15am-3:55pm earning an excellent hourly rate of £11.97. Dependent on company performance you would also be entitled to a discretionary bonus at the end of the year.
