Our client, an electricity distribution company based in Stockton is looking for a proficient Wayleave Administrator to join their Wayleave Department.
The successful candidates will be responsible for validating, processing and completing high volumes of compensation claims relating to electric poles & overhead cables situated on private property / land. You will be required to speak to private individuals, as well as agents about the payments being offered, and provide information relating to the legal agreements and payment calculations
Roles & Responsibilities:
Answering telephone & e-mail enquiries
Providing help and advice on legal agreements and payments
Investigating validating and processing Wayleave claims
Preparation, creation and processing of new wayleave agreements
Using & updating bespoke geographical IT systems
Updating spreadsheetsKey requirements of the role:
Spoken Communication & Customer Service
Excellent organizational skills
Attention to detail
Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint
Team WorkingDesirable Requirements
Previous Customer Service experience
Experience of the legal system
