We are currently recruiting for a weekend transport administrator for our national client based in Grangemouth. The role will involve hours being worked across the weekend plus hours being made up to full time during the week (37.5 hours in total). Hours worked at the weekend will be paid at time and a half.

Working in the transport office you will be supporting the transport controller and transport team.

This will involve, but not be limited to:

Customer & driver queries
Breakdowns & defects
Run sheets & ETAs
Debriefs
Other administrative dutiesAs a transport administrator, you will be required to support drivers who are out on the road and respond to any customer enquires as they come in.

Experience and skills:

Previous experience within the transport industry
Strong admin skills
Good customer service
Ability to organise
