Temporary Customer Service Advisor
£9-£9.50 per hour
Chelmsford, Essex
8:30am - 6pm
My client is seeking a Temporary Customer Service Advisor to join their team during their busiest season. This is a temporary role with the potential to be made permanent.
Duties:
Resolve customer queries fully by working closely with Drivers, Shift Managers and Ops Managers
Provide customers with delivery status
Supply customers with evidence of Proof of Delivery
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer queries via phone or email
Proactively advise customers of any exception information
Be proficient in the use of the company system
Support with incoming calls, where necessary, from other Customer Service departments
Carry out thorough investigations into general queries, complaints, and delivery disputes
Maintain a tidy and organised work area
Keep up to date and promote company products and services to new and existing customers
Ensure the company system is always up to date with correct information
Other general ad hoc duties
Provide one to one tailored customer service to our most demanding clients
Skills and experience (if applicable):
Effective management of complaints & escalations
Taking ownership in problem solving prior to arising
Adherence to schedule
Takes initiative with tasks
