Adecco Recruitment are currently recruiting for on behalf of our client, and Executive Assistant to Directors, for a successful and growing organisation based in Carnforth
Full time-Permanent
Working hours 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday
Salary £25-35K dependent on experience28 days holiday including bank holidays
About the Role:
This is a multi-tasking role, combining support to the Directors of the Board and the management of the HR function for the business.
Responsibilities:
Executive Assistant
Providing the highest level of discretion on a comprehensive range of executive assistant support to the Directors.
Managing Directors electronic diaries
Co-ordinating meetings with multiple diaries
Preparing documents in advance of board meetings, circulating agendas and papers in advance of the meetings.
Minute taking and chasing up action points
Organising travel arrangements when required
Supporting Directors in their role and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasksHR Duties
Work closely with our HR lawyers to provide in house HR support
Actively seeking new recruits and co-ordinating the interview processes
Preparing contracts for new starters
Ensuring full inductions take place for new starters
Conducting Exit Interviews for leavers
Preparing and keeping job descriptions up to date
Maintaining "People HR" up to date with starters/leavers/salary details, managing holidays and sickness.
Build and run monthly reports on "People HR" eg, annual leave/ sickness
Preparing payroll on a monthly basis with amendments/bonuses/starters/leavers
Work with Directors and managers to identify training needs for staff
Key Skills:
Good time management and organisational skills
Confidentiality
Good understanding of Microsoft Office 365, Windows and their related applications.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work within deadlines
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Candidate requirements:
Good GCSE grades in English, Maths
Experience working at Board Level
