Do you have experience of contract administration with strong financial understanding? We have an exciting fixed term opportunity for a Contracts Administrator to join an award-winning company who is one of the UK’s largest FM providers as part of a new contract win, supporting the maintenance of 15-20 care homes.
 
Salary £26k per annum plus excellent benefits working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm based in Ipswich, IP10 0BF. Immediate starr.
 
As Contracts Administrator you will provide day to day administration support for all operational commercial and financial aspects of a contract or portfolio of contracts.
 
This will include administration and reporting ensuring all necessary electronic and paper records including timesheets are completed and meet internal and customer deadlines. You will attend meetings, resolving any requests or issues as quickly as possible.
 
Working closely with the Contract Manager you will support all WIP processes relating to the contract and coordinate additional costs with the ability to gain a full understanding of the contractual obligations for both parties. It will be your responsibility to carry out invoicing in line with contractual payment terms ensuring all chargeable works carried out are captured and submitted for invoicing in a timely and accurate manner.
 
It is essential you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience within a contracts support role or similar ideally from a FM or building services background. You will have strong financial understanding, with the ability to analyse data and trends. MS Office is required with Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, with previous knowledge of MS Dynamics desirable but not essential
