Temporary Receptionist - Award Winning Company!
Location: Sheffield, S11
Contract: Temporary (Initial Dates - Thursday 14th October - Friday 22nd October)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: £9.00 - £9.50 per hour + holiday accrual + benefits
The successful candidate will be offered first refusal for any future dates*
We have partnered with an award-winning company, to find them a fantastic receptionist to support them with temporary cover. During our time with this business, we have observed our temps loving their role so much that they have become permanent employees, and we believe you will love it too!
Key responsibilities within your role would be:
You will be working as a Receptionist, answering a switchboard and logging call information
You will be answering a busy switchboard, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages
You will be a welcoming presence on reception, Customer Service focused and passionate about ensuring callers and visitors have a great experience
You will undertake ad-hoc administration duties, sending Emails using Outlook, logging information using Excel, other ad- hoc duties as and when required
Customer Service, greet customers in a warm and welcoming mannerExperience and skills required:
Previous reception experience
Excellent customer service
