Manage and process all aspects of Pensions administration ensuring regulatory compliance whilst meeting required
deadlines.

Description
Ensure Pension regulatory compliance is maintained within the Payroll processes, system and pay results
Perform monthly reconciliation of pension contributions and process payments to pension providers
Managing Pension auto enrolment
Reviewing the results of the process to ensure employees are enrolled as expected.
Timely communication is sent to all employees being auto enrolled
Process pension opt out instructions and associated pension refunds
Validate payroll results before payrolls close to ensure both employee and employer contributions are correct
Upload monthly contribution
Audit the system prior to Pension re-enrolment process
Provide Pension manager with monthly reports on contributions, leavers etc
Maintain the LGPS Pension scheme information
Work closely with the Pension manager and Payroll Finance Analyst when admission to LGPS is granted to validate accrued contributions
Ensure correct contributions are processed in the payroll when employees are absentProfile
Aware of the Business Timetable - payroll, accounts, Revenue deadlines
Adaptable to changing ways of working in times of continuous transformation
Sees the whole picture - considers the impact
Understands and demonstrates the importance of data security - GDPR complianceJob Offer
