Assembly Operative (2 year+ contract)

POSITION:         ASSEMBLY OPERATIVE (2+ YEAR FIXED CONTRACT)

LOCATION:        WELDON SOUTH INDUSTRIAL ESTATE

HOURS:              7:30AM – 4:45PM (MONDAY TO THURSDAY), 7:30AM – 12:30PM (FRIDAY)

PAYRATE:          £10:00 - £11:50 PER HOUR

START:               IMMEDIATE START

Quest Employment of Corby are pleased to announce a new partnership with our client based on the Weldon South Industrial Estate area and are currently seeking 2 Assembly Operatives to work on a long-term temporary contract with guaranteed work for at least the next 2 years.

Our client is one of the leading names in the design & manufacture of passenger seating for the transport and rail industries with a highly skilled & dedicated workforce who are ready and waiting to develop your skills and make you a part of their team at their excellent, modern facility.

This is an excellent opportunity with guaranteed employment for at least the next 2 years and an increasing payrate based on length of employment and progress in development.  We are seeking hardworking, dedicated, ambitious, driven individuals who want to be part of small but ambitious team and who have a proven track record of sustained employment, ideally within a similar setting. You must be physically fit to perform the duties required within this position.

 Your role will be wide and varied and will include:

Assembly
Quality Control
Trouble Shooting
Detailing
Finishing
Demonstrating processes to existing and potential clients
This is a rare opportunity and would suit an individual who has worked in an Engineering, Automotive, Manufacturing, or similar environment.
