Job role: Call Centre Advisor
5 out of 7 variable Shift Pattern – Including some weekends
Are you a passionate customer service professional?
Do you thrive on exceeding customer expectation?
Do you have experience handling customer queries?
This could be face to face or over the phone but if you answered yes to the above then we would like to hear from you.
My client is currently looking for several customer service professionals to join them on a full and part time permanent basis.
The Role:
Handling high volume inbound calls
Working towards KPI’s
Accurately updating customer accounts
Providing a high level of customer service
Ensuring complaints are escalated in line with company policyWhat we need:
Previous customer service experience ideally within contact centre, hospitality, retail, or sales
Reliable Wi-Fi connection
Strong attention to detail
Clear written and verbal communication.
All candidates are subject to strict vetting including credit and DBS checks.
