Our Client, a Well-Established Prestige Main Dealer Group throughout the U.K are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Supervisor to take control of their brand new Bodyshop opening up this month in Reading!
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Supervisor to join a leading company that offers a great working environment and good long term career prospects.
In this role you will be expected to manage a team of Bodyshop staff daily, you must be able to motivate the team and look to achieve branch targets as well as your own personal goals and be focused on customer satisfaction, working to a high standard at all times.
You will be responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the Bodyshop department. Previous experience within a Bodyshop Supervisory / Controller type role is required.
In exchange for your hard work, you can expect a competitive Basic Salary of up to £35,000, with a realistic bonus structure attached to achieve £50,000 OTE!
Monday to Friday working hours ONLY!
This vacancy is located in Reading and Bodyshop Supervisor would ideally live nearby or be prepared to commute to the area daily.
