We are currently recruiting for an administrator for a role based in a busy transport office close to Birmingham Airport.

Main duties will involve dealing with phone calls from customers and drivers, dealing with emails as well as using the inhouse software to update driver collections and deliveries.

General admin roles will be involved such as photocopying, producing drivers labels, sending pods to customers and filing.

Previous expereince of having worked in a transport office is not essential but desirable. You must also have strong I.T skills and work at quick pace in a very busy, sometimes stressful environment.

Working hours are 9am to 530pm Monday to Friday. This is a temporary role to begin with, but there is the possibility that it could lead to permanency
