Role Overview
Complete all necessary Warehouse Administration with the support of the Senior Warehouse Administrator
Main Duties & Responsibilities
Liaise with internal/external staff, suppliers, couriers, and 3rd party companies.
Monitor the receipt of orders via current system and goods delivered into the warehouse.
Complete booking in procedures for products within warehouse.
Assist and support the Senior Warehouse Administrator in their day-to-day admin tasks.
Comply with all Warehouse procedures.
Process end of day reports for couriers and delivery companies.
Verify parts and merchandise from suppliers on accepting delivery and ensure deliveries are correct and booked into stock to fulfil current orders.
Assisting with any other duties that may be required.
Ensuring that quality objectives and delivery deadlines are met.
Liaising with transport companies and suppliers.
People & Communication
Manage and motivate the warehouse admin team.
Participate in regular meetings, giving effective communication to other administration staff both verbally and written.
Participate in meetings when required to do so.
Health & Safety/Equality & Diversity
Follow all processes and procedures outlined in the CareCo Health & Safety Policy ensuring the health and safety of self, customers and colleagues.
Ensure reporting processes in relation to building maintenance and repairs are adhered to.
Practice and promote CareCos Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Policy.
Data Management
Responsible for the compliance of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 to ensure data security is maintained.
Other
To carry out other duties within the scope of the role or that are commensurate with the level of the Senior Administrators position
