The Specialist Food and Drink Manufacturing department for Search Recruitment Group is delighted to bring an exceptional opportunity to the market. We are working with an innovative and forward thinking Brewery based in London, currently supporting in their recruitment for an ERP Coordinator.

Due to expansion and growth across the business the position of ERP Coordinator has become a vital hire for the company, and although this is an entry level role, we are looking for the very best in class and offering a market leading salary.

The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Supply Chain Planning Manager, whilst working alongside an ERP specialist so your personal/ skillset development will be expidential. You must ensure that all master data and transactional data within the companies ERP system is accurate. Your work should be completed in a timely, valid and reliable manor.

The expected responsibilities for the ERP Coordinator also include:

* Liaison with the procurement, production and logistic departments to ensure consistent and accurate data
* Transacting within the ERP system on a number of document types including production orders, goods receipts, invoices and stock transfers
* Assembling and cleaning data, assisting with logistics and production teams and rectifying errors where applicable
* Assistance in training users across departments on the company ERP system as and when required
* Ensure strong cross functional relationships across the business departments
* Recommending routes for improvement and identifying skill gaps on the current ERP system

The hours of work for this role will be predominantly 8:30am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday and you should have previous planning or forecasting experience within Food, Drink or FMCG environment. Ideally a relevant degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, IT or Maths.

We are looking for a really strong communicator with quick learning skills as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational traits. You should naturally have a strong attention to detail. You should also be an experienced user of SAP and be proficient in the use of MS Office applications (and at an advanced level in EXCEL).
