Blue Arrow Peterborough are currently recruiting for 'Inbound Customer Call Handlers' in the Peterborough area for a fast paced and energetic call centre. Shifts are full time between the hours of Mon to Fri 8am -8pm with start dates thorughout October and November in Peterborough
Key Responsibilities
* Inbound customer service calls
* Supporting customer enquires
* Data entry into bespoke software (full training provided)
* Being a first point of contact problem solver to support customers
* Compliant handling
