I have a new opportunity for a Senior Sourcing Specialist to join a major FMCG company currently working from home.

£130 per day

Job role:

Proactively source for high-quality candidates, using social media, networking and other digital talent marketing methods to build strong engaged talent pipelines for senior and executive leadership positions & new capability areas.
Partner internal stakeholders to understand business transformation requirements and determine appropriate sourcing strategies.
Provide project leadership to successfully mobilise sourcing strategies via other areas of Talent Acquisition and P&O.
Use talent market data to provide insights and recommendations to influence stakeholder thinking and support decision making across all sourcing and sometimes broader talent/organisational activities.
Proactively develop deep functional and market knowledge for the areas of sourcing responsibility through internal and external networking, industry bodies & communities and training.
Continuously identify areas for improvement to drive an exceptional talent acquisition experience for internal stakeholders and candidates.Experience:

FMCG, Europe/multi-geography and matrix organisation experience is a must
Depth of experience working in an in-house sourcing team and/or research or executive search agencies. (including senior manager/leader campaigns) Ideally across multiple geographies.
University degree or equivalent preferrable but not essential.
