Client Details

Our Client is a well established business with a successful office in Bristol which they are looking to expand their accounting team.

Description

The Sales Ledger Clerk will be responsible for:

Completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
Charging expenses to accounts and cost centres by analysing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
Paying vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving purchase order, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
Ensuring credit is received for outstanding memos.Profile

A successful Sales Ledger Clerk will have a proven track record in accountancy.
