They are seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join and support an established team and contribute to the central business function. The role ensures that the organisation has the right people, with the right skills, in the right locations, available at the right time.

Our client are a large accountancy firm that employ people globally. They are seeking a Resourcing Advisor to join an established team in Manchester. They will work closely with others in their allocated department to understand the resourcing needs of the business.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Resourcing Advisor are working closely with the Resourcing Manager and Performance Leader to understand the resourcing needs of the business, developing a good understanding of the client base, maintaining a pipeline of opportunities and skills set of the client-facing staff, responsible for the year round planning process, monitoring resourcing levels against client level budgets, understanding client requirements, managing the process around shortfalls, managing retain bookings, appropriate charging of time worked, booking of training commitments, sickness/absenteeism and flagging issues, understanding headcount planning, managing holiday requests in conjunction with agreed policies, monitoring time sheet submissions, coordinating training and dealing with cancellations. The role is based in Manchester.
Profile
The successful candidate will have/be:
Previous experience in a similar role
Understanding or background in professional services
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to liaise and influence people at all levels
Strong commercial aware of business issues that drive resourcing
An excellent negotiator who can build relationships in a wider network
Strong multitasking skills and ability to work to tight deadlines
Computer literacy with MS Office packagesJob Offer
