On behalf of our client based near Bury St Edmunds, we are searching for a Administrator to join a friendly head office team part of an award winning and supportive company. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills both face to face and via telephone and although previous experience in this sector is not essential, you must have experience of data entry and the use of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Training on the company and in-house systems will be provided.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Provide accurate quality work within department and company.
Maintain a helpful and informative work environment.
Assist the Control Support Team Leader in the development of greater efficiency within the company.
Ensure that all relevant information is recorded accurately and submitted on time.
An opportunity to undertake Standby Duties within the Communications team.
Any other duties as deemed appropriate by the Control Manager/ Control Support Team Leader.
Process invoice enquiries.
Assist with admin duties.
Key Skills and attributes

Excellent communication skills- face to face and via Telephone
Experience in the use of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Administrative experience beneficial
Proficient in English grammar
