Finance Analyst

This Finance Analyst role based in Coventry Warwickshire will have a wide remit covering all aspects of month end accounting and having a large bias towards business partnering. You will be working with a variety of stakeholders to support the month end process, conduct financial analysis and support budget holders in understanding their finances.

Description

The Finance Analyst role will involve:

Provide first class finance business partnering services to stakeholders and budget holders
Provide commercial financial insight to management to support in strategic business decisions
Analyse various financial data sets and present reports to various staff members
Provision of timely financial reporting to stakeholders
Leading on forecasting and budgeting, providing insightful working capital reports
Robustly challenge variances to budget and support in the justification of additional spending where necessary
Development of meaningful KPI's that consistently measure performanceProfile

To be successful in this Finance Analyst role you will need to be actively studying towards a professional qualification and have a few years experience in finance under your belt. You will ideally have worked in a manufacturing environment and be keen to progress your career within a business partnering environment. Confident and articulate you will be comfortable presenting monthly financials and have strong IT skills including Excel.
