Page Personnel are looking to recruit for a HR Administrator to join a growing company in Sheffield.

Description
The key responsibilities of the HR Administrator will be to help and support the HR Manager with all general administration duties, they will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all HR and Payroll software, assist with reviewing and hosting the new starter induction process and managing CPD training sessions, to support the HR team with monthly reporting, such as absence, staff turnover and leave reasons, and assist the finance team with data inputting.
Profile
The successful HR Administrator candidate will have/ be:
Excellent numerical skills understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
Good knowledge of MS Office, excel and relevant associated databases
Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal)
Great attention to detail and a result driven approach
Excellent organisational and leadership abilities
Reliable and Trustworthy
Resilient, optimistic and open to changeJob Offer
