Description
The Key Responsibilities of this Account Executive position:
To proactively source and cultivate new intermediary customers through outbound telephone activity, meeting monthly personal key performance and individual sales targets.
Manage sales pipelines with regular communication and feedback.
Secure new business, undertake and support planned and agreed sales campaigns to drive revenues and achieve agreed objectives.
To deliver a first-class level of customer service adhering to all aspects of the prescribed sales process.
Ensure all leads are contacted within the agreed time frames.
Keep abreast of current changes and news in the mortgage and intermediary marketplace through news alerts and daily news briefings.
Ensure that all records are updated within the Customer Relationship Management system.
Support external sales events and company roadshows which may require occasional overnight travel and time away from home.
Support, as required with existing customer, queries either via telephone or web-chat channelsProfile
The key requirements of this Account Executive position:
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have previous experience of B2B sales.
Demonstrate an understanding of the UK mortgage market.
Be able to adhere to prescribed processes.
Be competent with the use of video technology.

£30,000 - £40,000 base salary dependent upon experience. Bonus - £5,000
