Maternity Cover FTC. 20 Hours Per Week. Flexible

Sales Administration Assistant required for a well established company who are well renowned within their industry. They have a global presence and they are a brand associated with quality. They boast a great team environment.

The role would suit applicants from ANY sales administration background. Applicants must have good administration skills, customer service skills and candidates must have experience using Microsoft Excel and Office packages.

Reporting to the Service Department Account manager, you will be the sales point of contact for customers, taking orders, processing orders on the system, communicating lead times and dealing with customer queries.

The Role:

*Sales point of contact for customers

*Taking orders, processing orders through SAGE, communicating lead times etc

*Dealing with customer queries

*Arranging shipments and courier collections

*Maternity Cover. 20 Hours per week. Fixed Term Contract.

*Can transfer from ANY sales/sales administration background
