General administrator - £10.00 per hour – Full time

Our Client based in Bury St Edmunds is searching for a General Administrator to join their team over their peak period coming up. The role will involve working in an established team that will be able to provide full training and ongoing support.

Main Duties and responsibilities -

Inputting data online
Using the inhouse database to log and track orders
Answering the phones and transferring calls
Assist with filing paperwork
Checking PO numbers and invoices for any errors
Support the team in general administration duties
Support for product re-calls, product traceability and disaster planning
Assisting with Administrative tasks
Preparing reports and information for meetings
Key skills:

Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
Ability to work in an organised and methodical manner to meet timescales and deadlines is essential
Advanced knowledge of Excel and good overall PC skills
Team player.
Good time management skills and ability to prioritise
Willing to be flexible and to help cover other tasks if needed.
