3 Month Temp Role (potential to go on longer)

Adecco are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity with an award winning international company specialising in the hotel and hospitality sector.

The role of Accounts Payable Supervisor is to own and manage the Accounts Payable ledger across multiple entities

Ensure the invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner according to process

End to end management of the Bacs process (£5m+ per month)

Collaborate with all finance teams across the business to ensure smooth operation of invoicing

Create and update supplier information

Manage the EPSYS and SUN systems

Supplier statement and supplier account reconciliations

Manage the relationship between the business and suppliers accounts teams

Management and development of the Accounts Payable Clerk

Experience Required:

Strong accounts payable experience in a multi-site company is essential.

Hotel experience desirable but not essential.

SUN - Financial

EPSYS - purchasing

Good Microsoft skills
