Stock control operative

We are working with a large, well established employer based on the outskirts of Maidstone to recruit for a Stock Control operative for an immediate start! Working hours are (Apply online only) Monday - Friday, NO WEEKENDS! Salary is £9.25/hour (weekly pay) and there is opportunity for the right person to secure this role on a permanent basis with a successful organisation that can provide future opportunities to progress. Role is located walking distance from public transport and also has free parking on site.

Duties:

Counting and logging various stock items
Attention to detail is required as items have to be sorted by barcode
Clear handwriting to complete logging sheet
Happy to count in large quantities
Picking and packing of stock
Making pallets up, shrink wrapping and logging them.
Basic Computer skills are required to update systems
Some manual handling to move stock
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
