We have an exciting Administrator role available for a well-established business experiencing growth in the Legal sector within the Malton, North Yorkshire area.
Working in a busy office environment, supporting the team with preparing of documents and paperwork and any other administrative duties.
To be considered for this role you will be able to work independently as well as part of a team, be well organised and have previous administration or PA experience.
This role would suit someone who is ambitious and wants the chance to develop and progress within the business.
Some of the Administrator duties will be:
Liaising with and following up on client enquiries
Updating the team
Preparing draft documents for approval
Completion of paperwork and documents
Audio typing
Diary management
Dealing with correspondence via telephone, email and postThis role will be working Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm, earning a salary of £19,000.
Car parking is available, and it is also easily accessible via public transport with a 5-10-minute walk from Malton train station.
