Interaction recruitment are looking for an ambitious Finance Administrator to join our clients busy team.
You as a Finance Administrator will have the opportunity to grow and develop your overall skills within the team, and help the business grow. You will have the opportunity to progress up the ladder for the right person.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Review and process reimbursements
- Prepare budgets
- Maintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rates
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Manage companys liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Participate in payroll processes
- Report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow)
- Complete paper work tasks/filing /data input
- Assist the Finance Manager as and when required.

You must also have the following attributes:
- Good MS Office skills, including Word and Excel
- Strong attention to detail
- Being able to work in a team
- Building relationships at all levels
- Good telephone manner - great communicator
- Flexible can do attitude
- Immediately available candidates who are keen to learn and progress will be of particular interest.
- Full driving licence
- Effective time management and flexibility in working patterns needed. (weekend working will be required)
