Motor Vehicle Inspectors/ Bristol
We are currently recruiting for a number of Motor Vehicle Inspectors/Technicians to work for one of our well-known clients based in Bristol; our client is a leading name in the Motor Auctioning industry and are now looking to add a number of Inspectors to their team due to growth. The site has free on-site parking.
Role
The role of Motor Vehicle Inspector will see you carrying out a number of checks on vehicles due to be sold prior to their auctioning slot. Your role will be to carry out specific checks and tests to ensure the information provided at auction is correct and that an accurate assessment of the vehicle’s condition can be provided prior to sale:
-Carrying out pre-determined point checks
-Perform technical vehicle assessments
-Work to set KPI productivity targets
-Ensure the accurate data processing of your finding after inspection (i.e. damage, defects found)
Requirements
To work in this role, the minimum expected qualification required is a City & Guilds/NVQ level one in Vehicle Maintenance. We are also looking for applicants who have hands-on experience of working in a vehicle maintenance or repair role, for example experience of working in a garage or dealership.
-City & Guilds OR NVQ level 3 in Vehicle Maintenance
-Experience of working in vehicle repairs
-Recent working knowledge of vehicle maintenance techniques
-Comfortable working to efficiency targets

-Monday to Sunday between 6am-6pm (12 hour shifts, 4-on-4-off )
-£18 per hour (46 hours per week working out to £43,(Apply online only) per annum)
-Based in Bristol
