Logistics Coordinator

- Salary from £28,000 per annum
- Monday – Friday
We are currently looking for logistics coordinator who has experience in processing of all aspects of both goods in and out which include imports & exports, this is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established, growing business.
Main Duties and Responsibilities include:
To manage and coordinate the booking in and out of goods with customer & supplier base.
Ensure that all paperwork, customs, and accounting systems are maintained daily to a high standard
Work closely with the commercial team to ensure customers and suppliers delivery requirements are managed.
Work closely with the production manager to ensure continuity and availability of raw material feedstock.
Manage the staff under your control to work safely and efficiently
The ideal candidate will have:
A strong and personable character
Weighbridge experience is desirable, but training will be given to the right candidate
Import Export and customs process experience
High level of numeracy skill
High level of skill with Excel data bases
General supply chain experience
Highly organised and able to multitask under pressure
