The Role

Working within the company's Head Office, you'll provide a professional front of house Reception service, meeting & greeting all visitors to site as well as taking & fielding calls. You will also do a range of administrative tasks to support various departments in addition to organising meetings, diary management, coordinating stationary orders, visitor management etc.

The Skills

Candidates should have previous experience in a similar, client facing role and be able to demonstrate first class customer service skills. You'll also have strong systems skills - in particular MS Outlook, Word and Excel and be capable of managing a busy workload. Time management will be a key element of the role so good organisation skills are a must.

The Benefits

Salary will be c£19,000 pa plus excellent benefits including pension scheme. Hours will be Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.. Free parking available.
