JOB TITLE: Product & Marketing Assistant
SALARY: 24,000.00 per annum Fulltime (Pension, 20 Holidays plus Bank Holiday, Parking)(Part time 3 days Salary will be Pro rata)
LOCATION: Hatfield, Hertfordshire
Key Job Roles:
Supporting the Product Team with the smooth day to day running of the department.
Working closely with Supply, Sales and Marketing teams to ensure product accuracy and consistency.
Assist the Marketing Team with department administration.
Managing product images and SKU code library.
Maintaining Product specification sheets for all products.
Raising EAN and ITF barcodes.
Assisting the Product Team to ensure that all key seasonal deadlines are met by updating Critical Paths weekly for all live projects.
Head Office sample management and distribution to customers / factories / suppliers.
General Product department administration.
Manage, distribute and ensure accuracy of internal and external documents; accurately input and maintain data.
Liaise with Suppliers, Factories, Labs and Customers to source necessary information.
Organise Shipment Inspections.Skills/experience:
Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
Good working Excel skills.
Intermediate general PC skills.
Excellent multi-tasking skills.
Organised and able to maintain accurate records.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Probation period:
3 months.Hours and holiday entitlement:
9am - 5pm
20 days holiday per annum + bank holidays pro-rata
Increased holiday days based on length of service.Job type:
Office based.Training:
Full training on all aspects of role will be offered upon start dateStart date:
As soon as possible.
